What is included?

All note cards, greeting cards, announcements and invitations include matching envelopes. Return address printing and main address printings are additional.

 

Can I receive a proof before you produce my order?

A digital proof is included with every order. This ensures that there aren’t and typographical or syntax errors. If your proof isn’t perfect, simply reply to the email with the changes. We will than send a revised proof.

 

Can I send you a digital photo?

We can accept digital photos provided they meet our requirements. 100 dpi is the minimum resolution for digital images. A “mega pixel” camera is needed to take a photo of high enough resolution. Always set your digital camera on the highest resolution. We do not accept photos that you have scanned yourself. If you have photos on CD from your film developer, we need the highest resolution version available. We cannot produce designs from digital photo printouts off your computer. We must have the file. You may email your photo with your order information or send your photo with your order form on a CD. Acceptable formats are JPG, PSD or TIF. Email photos to orders@paperlayne.com

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

Normally orders ship within 10 days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). If you are having us print the main address on your envelopes, please add an extra day. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Orders will be produced upon approval and shipped within 6 business days.

 

What is your return policy?

Because we offer digital proofs for all of our products, returns are not accepted. Your order will be produced exactly the way you indicate. Please be sure to check your digital proofs carefully.

 

Can we use our own wording?

Yes. You will need to provide a MS Word document of the exact wording you would like to include. Please remember that we will produce your order exactly the way you have typed.

 

How many colors can I use?

You can use an infinite number of colors. Unlike most print shops we don’t use a color press for printing, so we aren’t limited to the number of colors. Best of all, we don’t have to flush out our machines with each color, so you won’t be charged based on the number of colors we use, one or ten, the price is the same.

 

Do I get my photo(s) back?

Yes, they will be returned with your order. Please print last name on the back of each.

 

Can I reorder if I need more?

You can reorder for three months after you receive your order. There is a reorder fee of $15 for this service. Should you need to reorder more after the three-month period, there will be a $25 fee in addition to the cost of your order. Please be sure to order enough the first time, to avoid any fees.
